New Honda City is the fifth-generation of Honda Motors in a sedan segment.
For the Thailand market, new Honda City 2020 is coming with a turbo engine and CVT gearbox with price THB 579,500 (approx 14 lakh in INR)
Honda Motors finally launched its Next-Generation Honda City In Thailand.
For India Market, It would come with BS-6 Standards and with two fuel variant Petrol and Diesel
New Honda City is a little wider as compare with current Honda City in Indian Market but the wheelbase is 10MM closer to the road.
According to a report by Autocar India, In Thailand, the new Honda City will have three engine options in both fuel system Petrol an Diesel.

- Honda City Petrol Engine Varient : 1.0-litre turbo petrol, 1.5-litre turbo Petrol
- Honda City Diesel Engine Varient : 1.5-litre diesel (turbo)

The New City 2020 is offering more space with multi-function steering wheel and 8-inch advanced Music and Informative display with Apple Car Play. New Honda City is coming with automatic air-conditioning.
Currently, Honda City is available in the Indian Market at the price range of Rs 10 Lakh for petrol Engine (1.5L i-VTEC Petrol Engine) and For diesel variant(1.5L i-DTEC Diesel Engine) you need to pay Rs 14 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
In the petrol variant, you can enjoy the new Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with torque converter, on the other hand, offers first-in-segment 7-Speed Paddle Shift technology with high fuel efficiency.
Current Honda City is coming with 6 Airbags, Dual Front, Side & Curtain.
The new fifth-generation City is expected to be launched for Indian customers in May 2020. The sedan rivals the likes of Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Vento, and Skoda Rapid.
