Auto Expo 2016 biggest ever

Over 30 manufacturers are expected for the latest edition of india’s largest Auto Show in Feb 2016. The Dates for Auto Expo 2016 are 5th to 9th Feb 2016, here already 65 exhibitors are expected where as in previous edition there were only 55 exhibitors

The Organisers of the framed Delhi Auto Expo expect 2016 jamboree, beginning from Feb5, to be better than the previous event with expected footfall of over 6 lakh.

Electric/ hybrid vehicles will be the focus of Delhi Auto Expo

The expo, with special thrust on electric and hybrid vehicles, is being jointly organised by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India(ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry(CII) and SIAM.

Followings will be on display at Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2016: Cars, MUVs/SUVs, Two Wheelers, Three Wheelers, Special Vehicles, Concept Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles (Trucks & Buses), Vintage Cars, Super Cars and Bikes, Tyres and Tubes, Oil Companies, Automotive Design and Technology, Engineering and IT for Automobile companies, Institutions, Universities, etc., Financial Institutions, Auto Insurance Companies, Media & Auto Publications.

There are 14 exhibition halls apart from outdoor areas for various activities and Food & Beverages. There are 6 entry gates and 6 exit gates at IEML.

The following items are not permitted inside the exhibition venue: weapons, firearms, knives/blades of all kinds, sharp objects, lighters, matchboxes, replica/toy weapons, inflammable materials, laser pointers. Glass/plastic containers, cans, bottles, smoke canister and any type of box will not be allowed in the venue.

Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol will not be allowed to be brought in from outside the venue. Smoking in public places is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed at designated places only.
